Devon and Cornwall Police have issued an urgent public appeal to assist in locating Jake Beaumont, a 32-year-old man from Uffculme, who is currently wanted for questioning related to serious criminal charges including assault and making threats to kill. The authorities have advised the public not to approach Beaumont if seen, and to instead contact emergency services immediately by dialling 999.

Beaumont, who is known to have connections in the Taunton area, has eluded police efforts to locate him thus far. The police have intensified their search and are now reaching out to the community for any information regarding his whereabouts.

Described as a white male, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall with a stocky build, Beaumont is easily identifiable by his dark hair, a distinct neck tattoo, and a scar on the left side of his face.

The police have provided a specific reference number, 50240081651, to be quoted when reporting sightings of Beaumont. The community is urged to remain vigilant and report any potential sightings or information directly to the police and not to take any actions themselves.

For those wishing to provide information anonymously, contact can be made with the independent charity Crimestoppers. This can be done by calling 0800 555111 or by visiting their website at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

As the search continues, the police thank the public for their cooperation and remind everyone to prioritize safety by avoiding direct contact with the wanted individual.
